KW 1 Playlist – Ein Rückblick
Ein neues Jahr und ehe wir uns mit neuer Musik überfrachten, ein kurzer Blick auf einige meiner Konzert- und Musik-Highlights 2014: Ich verliebte mich bei den wunderbaren Auftritten von The Black Atlantic und I am Oak zum Record Store Day in Utrecht genauso wie bei Chorus Grant und Ida Wenøe anlässlich des Spot Festivals in Aarhus. In leicht größerem Rahmen, aber nicht minder fesselnd, die Konzerte und Musik von Nils Frahm, selten verfolgte ich Musik so berauscht. Im April ist er zweimal in der Volksbühne zu sehen, es lohnt sich sehr. Und das ist sicher noch nicht alles.
A new year and before we start overloading ourselves with new music, I’ll have a look at some of my last year’s concert and music highlights: I fell in love at the wonderful, small performances of The Black Atlantic and I am Oak at the Record Store Day in Utrecht, and Chorus Grant and Ida Wenøe during the Spot Festival in Aarhus. With a slightly larger audience, but not less fascinating, the concerts and music of Nils Frahm, I rarely ever followed music that inebriated. In April he’ll be playing in Volksbühne two times, it’s so much worth it. There’s more to come.
